A distinctive greenish-yellow leafhopper with white wing veins, bold black stripes on the 'face' (see https://biocache.ala.org.au/occurrences/0467e512-ac6e-4481-a33a-4151a369889a), and the scutellum (a triangular dorsal plate at the base of the folded wings) usually with a face-like image.
