Telanepsia (genus) matches well, but i'm not sure it;s that particular species. For that species on BOLD (hoberne) I'm not sure I see the dot pattern of this sighting.

to continue.. (hit wrong key) my moth also has broad dark neck band and more humped (is that the word?) thorax compares to Disselia aleurota.
