No, it is one of the white backed ones. I am just not sure it is Monopis ethelella due to red 'hair'. Monopis crocicapitella maybe, but I'm not convinced.

Large red hair and head shape suggests Craniosara pyrotricha to me. Also the faint diagonal white line on the outer forewing. See here on the ALA:-

I have recorded Craniosara pyrotricha in central Vic but it has shiny purple iridescence and way more orange 'hair'
