The bulbous femur and tibia, the thorax, head, antennae and abdomen (& what I can see of the wing venation) all look good for Anthoboscinae sp.

This looks like a very good fit for Guerinius shuckardi. One particular observation below was ID’d by Dr Graham Brown & location is pin-point geographically. To note, we also have similar sightings recorded on NatureMapr under Zaspilothynnus (Genus) but I cannot find any independent source of photos to compare the two Genus successfully. The images I’ve seen don’t seem to fit like Guerinius does.
