I agree Cryptarcha, but can't confirm it's C. lawrencei. Three other species of the genus are recorded from the ACT: australis, politus and subnitida.

Certainly not 100%, but it does kind of look like one of the Auger Beetles in Family Bostrichidae… maybe?
